Referral Terms & Conditions

1. The referral reward is a $1,500 AUD Prezzee gift card.

2. The reward is payable only where the referred candidate is successfully placed by Bond and Co Recruitment Pty Ltd into a permanent employment position.

3. The referred candidate must not already:

   • be registered with Bond and Co;

   • be actively engaged in a recruitment process through Bond and Co; or

   • have been introduced to the same employer by Bond and Co within the previous six (6) months.

4. The referral must be submitted before Bond and Co has commenced discussions with the referred candidate regarding the relevant opportunity.

5. The referred candidate must consent to their details being provided to Bond and Co.

6. The referral reward will be issued after the referred candidate commences employment and completes their first day of employment.

7. Only one referral reward will be paid per successfully placed candidate. Where multiple people refer the same individual, the reward will be paid to the person whose referral was received first, as determined by Bond and Co.

8. Employees, contractors and immediate family members of Bond and Co Recruitment Pty Ltd are not eligible to receive referral rewards unless approved in writing by the Directors.

9. Self-referrals are not eligible.

10. Referrals must comply with all applicable laws, including privacy legislation.

11. Bond and Co reserves the right to determine eligibility for all referral rewards and to amend, suspend or withdraw the Referral Program at any time without prior notice.

12. The referral reward is not transferable, refundable or redeemable for cash.
